So the ship kids go to college and Nanashi's daughter makes Heavens Gaze mK II, she's a bit off to the people at the engineering department with her sense of fashion and dyed hair. Luke took the picture when he got a report that a student had made a gun on campus, he then confiscated it and gave her a ticket.

So Luke instead of heading to college became a cop and quickly rose through the ranks, while training one day a coworker caught this video of him and his well toned bod. Like father like son *flexes*
